Through projects like the Handelsbeurs Antwerp and overseeing the food magic at festivals he has gathered a wealth of experience and a large network of foodies.

On the other side of the Boker Tov love story, we have the enchanting Lori Dardikman, a Tel Avivian barista with years of experience in making people’s day better. Now she’s dazzling Antwerp with her Levantine flavors. Together, Tom and Lori are whipping up authentic middle eastern cuisine for all of us to explore, enjoy, and share.

Leading the culinary charge is Thomas Swenters, previously the chef at esteemed venues like Upper Room Bar of The Jane** and De Librije***. Collaborating with Lori, he's curated a menu that delves into numerous recipes, each tailored to the seasonal offerings of the market.
