Select the correct floor, and open the table of which the customers are seated. When you open the table, a numer of customers is asked. fill this is according to the correct number of guest seated at the table. this is very important

We dont accept cash!!
If you do want to accept it, you can pay the bill with your own card and keep the cash yourself. Never leave a check open untill the next day. This is considered theft.
Giftcard
Choose a random table
Go to pay/ betalen
Click on "Gift Voucher/ Cadeau bon"
Click on Activate Giftcard
Enter the number printed on the voucher
Click next
Enter the desired amount
Click next
Make payment
Remember to fill in the amount and the date under "Valid until" on the voucher itself.

Lightspeed must always be connected to the correct WIFI network = BTPOS
In most cases the problem is solved by now. If not, contact Tills
