Time Entry is done on the iPads, on the application of Aapi time. Everyont has his or her own pin code to log in. Come on time. Your time entry is your own responsibility and the foundation of your payslip.

Forgot your code?
You can always ask for a new log in by pressing the grey Aapi icon, and selecting forgot my pin code. and ask for a new one through sms.
Alarm
If there’s an alarm, the alarm code is provided to the team members with a key. Never share your code with others. When you enter the restaurant press the code and the alarm should be disabled.
Lights
Once you’ve entered the restaurant you turn on all the lights.
Markgrave: switches are behind the bar
Eilandje: a small tablet is behind the desk of the fitness.
Zuid: the application of Casambi is installed on the main ipad to turn on the lights
