ODOM ORGANIC VINEYARDS - CHARDONNAY
Golan Heights Winery, Israel's leading producer of quality wines, was established in 1983 by four kibbutzim and four moshavim (cooperative communities).
Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard was produced entirely from grapes grown in the cool Odem Vineyard, which has been farmed organically since 1998. Barrel fermentation and aging sur lie for seven months helps to produce a beautifully complex wine balancing fruit and floral notes with hints of oak and butter. Drink this wine along with intensely flavored fish and poultry dishes.

CASTELAO - TRINCADEIRA - TINTA MIUDA
A welcoming mellow, rounded and fruity Portuguese red.
The area of Portugal south and east of Lisbon known as the Tejo region is where this wine comes from. It's a region that's long been overlooked, but has the ability to produce excellent value, well made wines as this ripe and well rounded example shows. Made from an indigenous Portuguese blend of Castelão, Trincadeira and Miúda it has soft red cherry fruit flavours that combine well with ripe gamey and spicy hints. With mellow tannins it has a nicely rounded feel in the mouth.
Very easily enjoyable, can be served slightly chilled and it's a red that goes well with white meats.
Suitable for Vegans
