Splash cava
80ml batch mix Pornstar*
10ml aquafaba
Few ice cubes
Fresh passion fruit part
*Ingredients for batch mix
1 part Grey Goose/ 42Below
1 part Ras el hanout Cordial**
1 part Passion fruit puree (Boiron)
**ingredients for Ras el Hanout cordial
15gr Ras el hanout
600ml water
250gr suiker
9gr citric acid
Heat together until everything is dissolved in the water

Shake all ingredients together with the ice cubes. Fine strain into the BACARDI pornstar glass. Finish the drink with a slice of dried fruit, serve the drink together with a bottle of cava to top it off on the table.

400ml Pornstar batch +100ml aqua faba in 2 small plastic bottles
1 bottle of Cava
Write a postcard with “add 100ml to your shaker with icecubes. Shake well for 1min. Strain the mixture in a nice glass and top off with the cava”

150ml Ginger beer

Dried fruit for garnish

500ml Bacardi QUATRO
500ml Pomegranate cordial**

600ml Pomegranate juice
250gr fine sugar
9gr citric acid
Heat until everything is dissolved

Fill the bacardi longdrink with ice cubes, pour in 100ml of Stormy night mix and add the 100ml ginger beer. Garnish with a dried lime, some fresh ginger, fresh mint and serve!

5cl Marula pomegranate Gin
1 bottle of Fever tree Tonic

Fill a beer glass for 3/4th with ice cubes and add a shot of 5cl Marula Gin. garnish with a dried fruit slice, and some fresh mint. Serve the Tonic on the side.
