!! Deliverct is loged in to all restaurant ipads with the google account of the location !!

If not, inform your manager, thery have the log in credentials of the google account.

Operations

Here products can be snoozed individually. Select the correct location, a menu from BT or Kaffa. And click on the clock of the product.

Products from boker tov automatically snooze to all platforms, for kaffa this also applies. E.g. if you snoozed an item on click&collect platform it also snoozed on deliveroo and ubereats aswell.

Please make sure that the unlimited snooze button is used as little as possible! Normally we know when items would come back in stock. (eg falafel ect comes in on Saturday, so can be snoozed until Friday.)

Orders

With orders you wil see a clear overview of all orders made that day.

Trouble shooting

When an order is failed, it will show where in the attached screenshot it says "Finalized". there can be a lot of reasons why an order is failed but most of the time its because a products PLU isn't found in the POS (Lightspeed)

Please always notify Thomas when this happens so he can correct the error.
