The Tablemanager application has been removed from all iPads and replaced with a button that sends you to the web version of Tablemanager.
When you open this web version of the app, by selecting the calendar and the day, you go to today's day. Here you'll have an overview of all the reservations that day.
When someone makes a reservation for 4 people or more they pay a deposit of 20€ per person. This means we had to find a way for you to check if someone had paid a deposit, and how much. When there is a green € sign behind the name of the reservation the person has paid an advance. Then click on the reservation and the exact amount will be shown. (see attached screenshot for example)
After following these steps you are ready to go back to Lightspeed and enter the amount by clicking on "Tablemanager VS" in the payments section. Any remaining amount can then be paid with the card.

!! Please don’t take any reservation through the phone! We have a website or google, where all guests can book their own table. !!
Manually entered reservations must also pay a deposit and if you do not enter the customer's information correctly the reservation will be canceled and a spot will become available for others to reserve online.
